Judge Robert G. Malestein ruled in favor of Marco Rocco, who tossed his bat after hitting a two-run homer at the top of the sixth inning in a July 16 game, according to NJ.com.

The Little Leaguer who was suspended for his bat-flip celebration just had his ban overturned.

The Little League said in a statement that it would respect Judge Malestein's ruling but was "extremely disappointed" by the decision.
