A toddler survived a 15-story fall from a Maryland apartment balcony in what many are calling a miracle. The Montgomery County Department of Police said it is investigating the circumstances that led to the boy’s fall from a high-rise building in White Oak, Maryland, shortly after 2 p.m. May 15.
