Ohio likely saw its last tornado of the year on Sunday. An EF0 tornado touched down just west of Marysville around 3 p.m., the National Weather Service confirmed. The tornado toppled a small silo, several small to medium-sized trees and caused minor damage to a barn.

UNION COUNTY, OHIO, Ohio — The National Weather Services confirmed that an EF0 tornado hit Union County during storms on Sunday afternoon. NSW says the tornado began on a property near Payne Road, just west of Marysville. Wind speeds peaked at 70 mph, the tornado traveled .35 miles and lasted for about one minute.

Most of the 19 tornadoes happened in central Alabama and were brief EF0s (see the preliminary report on those storms here ). There was also one in north Alabama and two in south Alabama. All the tornadoes were EF1s or EF0s.
