The second round of the BMW Championship wrapped up on Friday evening, and World No. 1 golfer Scottie Scheffler is in position to contend for another PGA Tour victory. Scheffler notched a bogey-free 65 in his second round at Caves Valley Golf Club,

The final group is coming down the home stretch and Scottie Scheffler still leads by two as of 5:15 p.m. ET. That lead was cut to one for a brief moment when Scheffler made two bogeys in three holes on Nos. 12 and 14, but he bounced back with a birdie from the fairway bunker on No. 15.

The top two players in the world will play at least one more round together this PGA Tour season, as Scottie Scheffler and Rory McIlroy will make up the final pair of the first round of the Tour Championship.
