Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) made history by winning the UEFA Champions League for the first time, dominating Italian club Inter Milan with a 5-0 victory. However, the celebrations quickly turned tragic as violent riots erupted across Paris following the match.

Some 491 arrests in Paris have been made while police confirmed a 23-year-old man was killed after being hit by a vehicle in the city.
