The Athletic’s David Ornstein reported Thursday that United bid $87 million up front and close to $7 million in add ons to Brentford for Mbeumo, and Sky Sports are among those sayin g the bid's been accepted and the Cameroon international is set for a medical.

Manchester United finally secured the £71million signing of Brentford winger Bryan Mbeumo on Monday night. United, who have been chasing Mbeumo since early June, wrapped up a deal for the 25-year-old for an initial £65m, with a further £6m in add-ons.
