The Metropolitan Police are investigating the fatal shooting of a juvenile, Angel Dominguez, in Northwest Washington, offering a $25,000 reward for information.

According to the Prince George's County Police Department, the shooting happened at 9:35 p.m. in the 5200 block of Haras Place. Police found two people outside suffering from gunshot wounds. Police later identified the victims as 16-year-old Thomas Smith, Jr. of Washington, D.C. and 16-year-old Michael Bassett of Temple Hills, Maryland.
