During the five hour wait on Tuesday, January 13, volunteers at Homeless Project Scotland's soup kitchen feared the woman "could have died".
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service confirmed there were four casualties, with one rushed to the Glasgow Royal Infirmary.
Firefighters, police and paramedics raced to the blaze at the property at 12.35pm on Friday.
