DALLAS, TX — The Internal Revenue Service today unveiled IRS2Go, its first smartphone application that lets taxpayers check on their status of their tax refund and obtain helpful tax information.

To track your refund use the IRS "Where’s My Refund?" tool or IRS2Go app within 24 hours of e-filing or four weeks after mailing. E-filers get refunds within 21 days; paper returns take six+ weeks.
