Hochul says corrections officers who beat Robert Brooks 'rightfully charged with murder'

The corrections officers involved in the death of inmate Robert Brooks at Marcy Correctional Facility on Dec. 9 have apparently been charged with murder, according to a statement made Thursday by Governor Kathy Hochul.
