Hundreds of Michigan waterfowl deaths attributed to bird flu, now considered 'widespread'
Michigan's bird flu problem is not going away with dead waterfowl being found around the state amid an outbreak of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza.
The 29th annual Great Backyard Bird Count is taking place on Feb. 13-16, which is now a worldwide event and includes more than 200 countries and provinces.
