"The Thanksgiving Song" made its SNL debut on November 21, 1992, during the Weekend Update sketch with then-host Kevin Nealon.
On Dec. 20, returning host Ariana Grande will be back to helm the annual SNL Christmas show, supported by Cher as musical guest. Grande has hosted the show twice before, while Cher has only appeared as musical guest once, in 1987 (she also made a cameo on "Weekend Update" in 1992).
