A woman died after being shot at a Starbucks in the City of St. Louis on Tuesday.

Police said he was caught on security video in all three incidents, wearing the same high-visibility vest and helmet.

The North County Police Cooperative said responding officers found two injured women and took Leonard Davie, 67, into custody.
