Czech tennis player and Wimbledon champion Barbora Krejcikova said on Sunday she will not be participating in this month's Australian Open due to an ongoing recovery from a back injury.

The Australian Open has confirmed that reigning Wimbledon champion Barbora Krejcikova has withdrawn from the Grand Slam just before the qualifying draw was made. The official tournament list revealed that Rebecca Marino will replace Krejcikova in the main draw.
