With the offseason program starting up this week, Mike Vrabel laid out his new rules for players when they're in the building.

Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel had a few simple requests for his players during his address to the team this week.

In his first speech to Patriots players, Vrabel laid out a list of four rules they will have to adhere by going forward. He said he wants them to respect the organization, wear their hoodies down during team meetings, be on time and keep their cell phones away during team activities.
