After the Florida Panthers won the Stanley Cup last month, a team executive with ties to Atlanta brought the trophy to town to celebrate.

The two-time reigning champion Florida Panthers will open the season in the first game against the Chicago Blackhawks on Oct. 7 in Sunrise, Florida.
