The NBA All-Star game will feature mini-tournament format for the first time ever with teams drafted Feb. 6 by TNT analysts Charles Barkley, Shaquille O’Neal and Kenny Smith.

The All-Star Game is Feb. 20 in Cleveland. On the Saturday of All-Star weekend, Brian Anderson will handle the play-by-play for the skills competition. TNT declined comment.
