Boston Celtics star forward Jayson Tatum is so glad to be back to basketball that he's even enjoying the tough things that come with his return.

BOSTON — The moments are slowly starting to build for Jayson Tatum following his return from an Achilles injury. While it’ll take some more time for the Celtics star to look like his All-Star self, it’s clear he’s getting more comfortable with each passing minute.

Eight days ago, during Tatum’s return game against the Dallas Mavericks, he missed a one-handed dunk from just two feet away. In the third quarter against Washington, Tatum euro-stepped past Tre Johnson in transition for a slick two-handed dunk.

"(Tatum) even wanting to come back was an unselfish act, putting his potential, his body on the line," said Brown, flipping expectations on JT's return.

Jayson Tatum is listed as questionable due to Achilles conditioning, as the Celtics remain cautious after his recent return from injury.
