The Buffalo Sabres’ four-game road trip now takes them to Calgary’s Scotiabank Saddledome for a Thursday night matchup with the Flames. On Tuesday, the Sabres rode their top line to a 3-2 comeback victory in Vancouver, their third win of the season when trailing after two periods.

Thursday night the Buffalo Sabres will confront the hometown hockey heroes in Cowtown, encountering the Calgary Flames.  Puck drop is slated for 9 pm ET live from the Scotiabank Saddledome.

CALGARY, Alberta — Jonathan Huberdeau scored the tiebreaking goal early in the third period and Dustin Wolf stopped 31 shots as the Calgary Flames beat the Los Angeles Kings 2-1 on Saturday night.

The Calgary Flames begin their four-game road trip against the Chicago Blackhawks on tonight at the United Center, and the NHL odds have the Flames as -140 favorites. Calgary forward Jonathan Huberdeau has been on fire with 10 goals over his past 14 games, and my Flames vs. Blackhawks predictions expect this trend to continue.
