Bears left guard Teven Jenkins has been ruled out of Chicago’s season finale against the Green Bay Packers on Sunday afternoon due to a calf injury.
Jenkins has yet to return to practice since sustaining a calf injury in the Bears' Week 16 loss to the Lions and is now set to miss his second game of the season in Week 18. Jake Curhan is likely to step in and serve as Chicago's top left guard while Jenkins is sidelined Sunday.
Jenkins, who was injured in the Week 16 loss to the Detroit Lions, has played 495 snaps this season and currently ranks sixth in pass protection for all offensive guards in the league.
