The life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. will once again be celebrated and honored Monday in events around the nation.

It allows people to come out of isolation into the community and be a part of something bigger than themselves,’ one organizer said.

January 20, 2025, marks the annual celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. “On this day of coinciding significance, during a time of perpetual American strife and division, let today serve as both a marker and reminder.
