The New England Patriots have stayed busy over recent weeks by bringing in several new faces in the building to help lead this new regime on both the coaching and executive staff. Most recently, the Patriots have brought another executive into the office who's expected to be Mike Vrabel's unofficial "right-hand man.

Vrabel hired McMillan in 2021 as a defensive assistant where he primarily worked with Titans outside linebackers. In 2022, he worked as a defensive line assistant coach alongside Williams, who was named the Patriots defensive coordinator. McMillan continued to work with Titans defensive lineman in 2023.

FOXBORO -- The New England Patriots have hired Mike Vrabel to be the team's next head coach. For Vrabel, it's a return to the franchise that he won three Super Bowl titles with as a player. Sources confirmed to WBZ-TV's Dan Roche Sunday morning that the Patriots have hired Vrabel.
