The only reason to think that Trump would seek out a path toward a fourth run is his vanity — which is enough of a reason to make it useful to point out the paths.

Regardless of your political affiliation, the next Trump presidency most certainly promises more divisiveness for diversity, equity and inclusion.

President-elect Donald Trump got laughs from Republicans in Congress on Wednesday when he joked around about serving more than two terms.  According to Politico congressional reporter Olivia Beavers,

This followed the 2022 “Dobbs decision” of the US Supreme Court which had effectively struck down 50 years of protection for a woman’s right to an abortion under the 1973 decision Roe v Wade. Many people thought the presidential election would be a referendum on this issue.
