The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is criticizing what it calls Nashville Mayor Freddie O'Connell's pro-illegal immigration stance.

A federal judge refused to block the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) from sharing information about migrants living in the country illegally with immigration authorities.  U.S. District Judge Dabney Friedrich ruled that last month’s agreement between the IRS and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) does not violate federal tax law.

The Department of Homeland Security can partner with the IRS to permit ICE to access taxpayer information to locate illegal immigrants, a judge ruled.

The contrast between ICE officers in camouflage fatigues and the “nice old ladies” protesting outside the immigrant detention center might have been comic if not for the guns and plastic wrist cuffs the officers carried and the violent confrontation between Newark Police and other demonstrators the night before.

While operations are not confirmed to have ended, workers in various industries including hospitality and construction are fearful to leave their homes and head to work, even those with valid work visas.

The Department of Homeland Security accused a Worcester, Massachusetts city council member of creating a chaotic situation when ICE arrested a violent criminal illegal alien.
