At least seven people, including two children, were killed by a Russian drone strike in the northeastern Ukrainian city of Kharkiv on Sunday night.

The three victims were identified by police as 35-year-old Jamel Childs, 27-year-old Amadou Diallo and 19-year-old Marvin St. Louis. WABC-TV's Crystal Cranmore reports.
