State Rep. Malcolm Kenyatta, D-181st District, won reelection to the Democratic National Committee vice chair seat he previously won in February.

The DNC’s Credentials Committee voted on Monday to nullify the results of the February election in which Hogg and Pennsylvania state Rep. Malcolm Kenyatta won two of the three vice chair positions.

One of the affected officials is David Hogg, a survivor of the 2018 shooting in Parkland, Florida, and prominent gun control activist; the other is Pennsylvania state representative Malcolm Kenyatta.
