How Nashville’s snowplow deficit is affecting NDOT’s response time
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - Assistant Director of Nashville’s Department of Transportation, Phillip Jones, spoke with WSMV about the snow plow deficit and how it’s affecting this Friday morning’s response amid the snow storm. Jones said the city of Nashville ordered a dozen snow plows two summers ago. Two of those plows arrived in December.
