Walmart issued a recall of 850,000 water bottles after 2 people suffer permanent vision loss after being injured from “forcefully ejected” lids.

According to a notice published by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission on Thursday, these products pose “serious impact and laceration hazards.”
