Norwich has been named the UK’s best place to live in an annual Sunday Times guide. The historic city tops a list of 72 locations in the Best Places To Live guide, which is released online on Friday.
The Office for National Statistics said public sector borrowing stood at £14.3 billion in February – £2.2 billion higher than a year ago.
