It was a big night for Shelby Lady Whippets basketball in their 66-31 thumping of at Highland, Friday evening.
Eve Schwemley became just the seventh Lady Whippet to surpass the 1,000 point plateau early in the second quarter. And with the victory, the Lady Whippet program reached 800 victories.
