The Golden State Warriors are soul searching after another embarrassing defeat at home, this time to the Miami Heat two days after a 30-point pounding from the Sacramento Kings.

The Warriors moved down to 10th place in the Western Conference with 18-18 record after losing 15 of their last 21 games. They only have a half-game lead over the Kings, who improved to 18-19 on the strength of a 5-1 turnaround with interim coach Doug Christie, who replaced Mike Brown.

As his career average of 6.4 assists per game suggests, Stephen Curry has never been a traditional point guard. Yet, he still throws his fair share of dimes and has five double-digit assists games this season.

It was an impressive game for Curry as he finished with 31 points on shooting 11 for 22 from the field, including eight of 18 from deep, to go along with seven rebounds and two blocks. Curry was blunt during his post-game press conference as he said he is “pissed off” and that the team is “searching” for answers to their woes according to Sports Illustrated.
