Whisper Owen and her 8-month-old daughter, Sandra McCarty, have been missing for more than 10 days after being last seen driving home to Sacramento from Fresno, leaving their family desperate for answers. Vickie Torres, Owen's mother, was the last person to see them on July 15 after a family visit.
