DETROIT – Alex DeBrincat snapped a tie with 3:25 remaining in regulation Thursday and the Detroit Red Wings picked up a huge 3-1 victory over the Montreal Canadiens at Little Caesars Arena. The Red Wings (38-23-8) are with tied Montreal (37-21-10) and Boston for third place in the Atlantic Division with 84 points.
