Ten people were injured in a mass shooting when a group of men fired on a crowd of people standing outside a nightclub in Queens, police say.

At least 10 people were shot outside a Queens night club on New Year’s Day, according to the NYPD. It happened at Amazura, on 144th Place in Jamaica, around 11:20 p.m., police said. Detectives told PIX11 News that a private event was being held at an upstairs space in the club,
