An updated flash flood warning was issued by the National Weather Service on Monday at 5:43 p.m. in effect until 8 p.m. for Baker and Malheur counties.

Emergency Management leaders and the National Weather Service will lay out changes on Tuesday that are planned to determine when to declare flash flood warnings.

Flash flooding could happen at any moment from the storm in the Knoxville area, the National Weather Service has warned.
