This upcoming Nintendo Switch 2 bundle gets you a copy of the hotly anticipated new Pokémon game at a slight discount, and it might simply be your best shot to buy the console right now.

At the time of writing, Best Buy, Target, GameStop, and Nintendo have the latest console SKU up for preorder for $499.99 (the same as the Switch 2 + Mario Kart Bundle). It will release on October 16, 2025.

The Pokémon Legends Z-A Switch 2 bundle bears the same $499.99 price tag as the Mario Kart World edition, but it won't release until this October. The setup is the same as the launch bundle in that you're getting a download code packed alongside a vanilla version of the handheld, so there's nothing particularly fancy going on with this edition.
