Manchester United have indicated to RB Leipzig they are ready to match Newcastle United ’s transfer offer for Benjamin Sesko. Sesko has been heavily linked with a move to the Premier League this summer after another impressive season in the Bundesliga.

The bid is comprised of €75m up front with a further €5m in potential add-ons, and was tabled by Newcastle in the past 24 hours.

Sky Germany’s Philipp Hinze reports that RB Leipzig are preparing for the departure of Benjamin Sesko by intensifying their efforts to sign a replacement. Hinze notes that Leipzig have reached a
