Having survived the fruit bats, we departed Nasasobu Bay making stops at Viani Bay, the small town of Waiyevo on the island of Tavenui to get some gas for the dinghy outboard and then Nadilo Bay on the south side of Qamea Island. Although we have reliable Starlink communication, it is reassuring to see that every island has some degree of cell service! The Bay of Islands on the northwest side of Vanua Balavu Island was our desired destination which we reached on the 3r days and anchored in a dra
