Recall supporters Supporters to remove President Buu Nygren walk to the Navajo Election Office in Window Rock on Monday, March 3. A recall effort against Nygren began in August 2024. The initiative is led by Debbie Nez-Manuel, the former executive director of the Navajo Nation Division of Human Resources, who was dismissed from her position in June 2024.
