This is what 5 years of mental training looks like. One of my athletes texted me this week struggling with self-doubt and fierce competition for her position. At first, the “doubt demons” were loud… but look at how she answered them: 👉 “I need to absolutely BATTLE during practice and do the little things right. Be competitive, make the team better.
