Tonight marks the end of the 57th season of 60 Minutes. As has been true for more than half a century, some of our reports this season have tackled difficult, controversial subjects. Others have been pure features and adventures. Whatever the subject, our goal remains what it has always been: to be accurate, to be fair, and to engage our audience with respect.
