My Christmas cheese board 101!! I love a good cheese board at Christmas, who doesn’t?? Here are some of my cheese board top tips 1. Serve a selection of different cheeses- hard, soft, semi soft anything from oozy camembert to a good cheddar. I love to have a Port salut, cheddar, Manchego, stilton, camembert and brie 2. I like to add fruit like grapes, figs and quince jelly for sweetness as well as a good chutney 3. have a good selection of crackers and you are good to go!! What’s on your cheese
