The best roast ever! 1 chuck roast 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 packet beefy onion soup mix 2 cans water Sear the roast well on both sides in a dutch oven with a little olive oil. Cover roast in cream of mushroom soup. Sprinkle onion soup mix over roast. Pour in 2 cans water. Put lid on dutch oven and stick in oven for 3 hours at 375°.
