In warm weather I find this essential and it can even assist it preventing a large platter from warping. The foam pipe insulation is available at DIY stores and a single length can be easily cut with scissors or a sharp knife dozens of little soft 'clips' that'll hold down strips of polythene to stop areas from drying without damaging
