Water Rescue – Inner Harbor Syracuse Firefighters responded this morning to a report of a person stuck in the water near the Inner Harbor Ampitheater. Engine Company 2, Truck 2, and the Rescue Company arrived on scene and immediately began water rescue operations. Crews were able to safely remove the victim from the freezing water.
